A few Suggestions
Ok heres a few things from fame and eflyff that should be changed
Azria tickets need to be more expensive as u get heaps of cash there and if u can obtain a ticket easy it ruins gameplay somewhat
Drillers and Venel should be spawned in a bit of a mob / mass
CS items should drop from giants at the normal rate like a guardian weapon. so if its like 1 in every 100 on eflyff for guardian and up rare weapons make that for CS items to even the balance of giving them out but still at a rate so not everyone has heaps of stuff.
The aibatts and mushpangs should drop QI almost every time otherwise first job quest gets extremely frustrating with hordes of people around.
Giants should have a slightly lower spawn time to increase obtainability of rare items so economy doesnt inflate.
Making Bloody weapons and all them including legendary should be about 25% success rate to make it hard but so then it doesnt inflate economy and increases peoples chances of obtaining a rare weapon.
The dragon fire cape thing i dont know its exact name but it adds like 3+ to all stats they should drop from clockworks or do them as guild seige event.
I have a few more suggestions but cannot think of them off the top of my head will add to this when i think of more.

well think about it if you have actually played fly for fame youd know that the rates are going to be higher then that because the economy is so bloody inflated.

well..... fame rates r fine but make it a little higher like 30? ehh whateva its frosts choice
